Grain Valley Motorsports Park is honored to host our Memorial Race Weekend on September 12–13, 2026, dedicated to the memory of fallen riders Jody Warne, Dalton Hull, and Alex Mallott.
This special weekend brings the motocross community together to celebrate their lives, honor their passion for riding, and keep their memories alive at the track they loved.
Join us for a full weekend of motocross, family, friends, and remembrance.
Saturday, September 12 – Practice Day
- Gates Open: 8:00 AM
- Practice: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Practice Fee: $40 per rider
- Spectator Fee: $15 per person
- Riders: Free
- Ages 5 & Under: Free
- Payment: Cash Only
Camping is available Saturday night.
Please note: Camping is primitive with no hookups and no water available.
Sunday, September 13 – Memorial Race Day
- Gates Open: 7:00 AM
- Sign-Up Begins: 8:00 AM
- Riders Meeting: 9:15 AM
- Practice Begins: 9:30 AM
- Memorial Parade Lap: Immediately Following Practice
- Racing Begins: Immediately Following the Memorial Parade Lap
Sunday Gate Admission
- Gate Fee: $15 per person
- Racers: Free
- Ages 5 & Under: Free
- Payment: Cash Only
Memorial Parade Lap
Immediately following Sunday morning practice, riders will come together for a special Memorial Parade Lap honoring Jody Warne, Dalton Hull, and Alex Mallott.
This will be a special moment for the motocross community to pause from the competition and remember three riders whose lives and passion for motocross will never be forgotten.
Memorial Plaque Presentation
During Sunday intermission, Memorial Plaques will be presented to the families of Jody Warne, Dalton Hull, and Alex Mallott in recognition of their loved ones and the lasting impact they have had on our motocross community.
As part of this special memorial race, participating racers will also receive a Grain Valley Motorsports Park plaque featuring a memorial decal honoring Jody Warne, Dalton Hull, and Alex Mallott.

This weekend is about more than racing. It is about coming together as a motocross family to remember those who are no longer with us, celebrate the memories they left behind, and honor their love of riding.
We invite riders, families, friends, and the entire motocross community to join us September 12–13 at Grain Valley Motorsports Park as we remember Jody, Dalton, and Alex.
